You Can't Handle the Tooth Dental Extractions is a specialty oral surgery practice focused on tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and dental implant placement. Our board-certified oral surgeons provide IV sedation and nitrous oxide options to make every procedure as comfortable as possible. Most patients are in, out, and back to normal within a couple of days — we'll send you home with detailed aftercare instructions and a direct line to our team if anything comes up.
