Kalamazoo Area Chamber of Commerce Celebrates a Year of Growth, Connection, and Community Impact

In 2025, the Chamber helped more than 150 new businesses open their doors, providing one-on-one guidance, ribbon cuttings, and marketing exposure through the Chamber’s growing digital network. Members received more than 120,000 combined online directory views this year — a clear sign that the community continues to “shop local” and rely on Chamber members first.

Building Meaningful Connections

Through a robust calendar of events — including Business After Hours, the Annual Leadership Luncheon, and the sold-out Kalamazoo Golf Classic — members have enjoyed new ways to network, learn, and grow together. The Chamber hosted over 90 in-person and virtual events this year, connecting thousands of professionals and creating opportunities for collaboration across industries.

The Chamber continued to represent the voice of business at the local and state levels, advocating for workforce development initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and policies that promote economic vitality.
